Dark Net
Definition
what is the Dark Net
The Dark Net (aka dark web) is a hidden part of the internet that is known for its privacy and anonymity features, making it attractive for various users, both legitimate and malicious.
While often associated with illegal activities, the dark net also serves as a tool for those seeking to evade censorship or protect their privacy.
There are many dark nets and while TOR is the most famous one it’s worth noting that there are others like Freenet, I2P and more.
